Yep! Just like that! I don't have the garage to paint a whole vehicle though and rattle can might turn out looking like shit.

There was a guy who painted his first gen that color on the TW Facebook page but he said it starts to fade pretty fast.

The blaze orange truck on the previous page. It's a second gen instead of the first gen she's talking about. Same concept though

I love that color but just not sure if I'd be ballsy enough to do it cause I may get tired of it over time. When the truck needs a new paint job I'm thinking of doing either a stealth grey or satin black

Holy crap (a little nervous... sue me) I've removed the chrome piece around my grill... and the plasti-derping has commenced. First coat is down, at least 5 more to go. Taped off and covered over the (already factory black) center area of the grill... should = zero over spray the way it is. I'll post pics after its done. Getting the whole grill off was as easy as you all had said. 4 self holding/retaining clips and two screws. No sweat.

i found it easier to just remove the chrome piece from the main grill backing. looks good though, you going to do the lower piece up front also? to match the blacks?

Thanks gents. As for the lower piece, its already black. Since its a brand new truck the blacks match close enough already.
