Florida was allways a place i wanted to move to, but the wife has all her Family here so no go for me :/ lol
Im hopefully :fingerscrossed: going to be moving into a condo in November here so ill have some garage space (shared) to work ,
Its def. a trip to work on painting the shell at night vs in daylight because your trying to avoid the eventful management talks from the property owner.

I was thinking of spray painting the inside black and then carpeting using adhesive VHB and glue! Ill post when i get around to that but for now my fun money is drained trying to save up to rent this condo !

Fat Bob's lift kit, 30's on stock steelies, lunchbox locker in the rear, and a ton of other general mods and additions to help the utility of the truck for my particular uses.
Glad to see our handiwork is getting a bit of traction! Let’s do some more mods to your ride androoo

Great Job of saving the old shell and it is looking good with the black bed liner. However I would rethink the black inside - unless you mean to cover it with the carpeting. If that's what you mean it should work out really well.

 As a free decorating tip: Orange long shag carpet, with purple lava lamps mounted in wall sconces on all four corners would give you a top unlike any of your buddies [not that you'd have any buddies after that-:p but hay, its not easy being a style icon ]

Any modifications to get the F150 shell to fit?

None other than making the back window. It fits on the rails instead of over like a snug top would. Ill be in the market for a snug top in a few years but this will do for now :)

Alright thanks, good to know. The F150 shell looks great on a budget, considering how difficult it is to find used Regular Cab shells

Fun writeup, As you might of noticed if it still retained its badges, that shell was made by "innovation." They were a fiberglass boat manufacturer out of the far east who is now out of business. I have the same style shell from them, and just wanted to mention they are anything but innovative. My third brake light died already so I will be filling in the hole, and replacing with an external unit from Amazon that is sealed.

honestly, a strip of the 5630's scotchlocked into the hot side of the brake light system will more than suffice. plus they are waterproof so if there is any moisture present, no worries. Gotta love armchair ingenuity. Now we gotta get that badboy carpeted inside.
