Almost ready to pull the trigger on this rack and would have already if it weren't for my concern over wind noise and vibrations (2017 DCLB with SnugTop). I get the impression everyone is simply tolerant but I find little more irritating...and once it gets your attention it's difficult to redirect. Most of what I've read indicates there "is" an issue and you just deal with it. Does anyone currently have one of these racks installed on a 2017 that doesn't have an issue?

Just put the bulb seal on the lower part of the front faring. Once that was done, wasnt any more than factory rack. Also, since the bars are adjustable, you may have to slide them forward or back as needed. Once you have it on, carry the tools to loosen the bolts, take it for a drive, pull over adjust; retest.

Can anyone with a cap rack measure the distance between the mounts? I have a shell that the previous owner installed a rack on DIY and I'm looking to swap over to the thule tracks, eventually would like to add a prissy on the cap to match my cab rack. just wondering if i mount the tracks where the current holes are if it will line up with the rack mounts or if i need to just drill new holes.

Just mounted X bull traction boards to my Prinsu. Used the same method with the angle but instead of bolts I welded hitch pins and used cotter pins and a small lock that fit inside the pins.

Ok, after I got my rack I found a website and ordered a bunch of hardware for the crossbars. I thought I ordered a big enough assortment of crap, but sadly I didn’t.

The website sells crossbars, brackets, insert nuts, all types of stuff. But I can’t remember the name or find it on here again
