Are you worried about cracking the fiberglass?

 

Negative, Andrews design actually strengthened the bed and the glass is less likely to move around at all now

What is your current headlight retrofit setup? Like what shrouds on the fx-r projectors with how many and which halos? Looks awesome man

Do it yourself? I really need a retrofit. May use mini d2s

 

I don't give out specifics on the retro in an effort to keep it exclusive for as long as possible. Shoot me for being proud of my work, but I do have more details here

I love those headlights. Almost makes me want to do a retrofit.

 

This truck flys offroad, had the pleasure of riding in it and driving it over the weekend. Was truely impressed how it handles. The ads shocks do work!

 

Glad you liked it man! Rinzler certainly impressed on the Dragoons trip! Couple of small cosmetic setbacks but all worth it!

dude we need to make a retro thread kind of like that LT thread they have that prepares you for what to expect for Maitenance and shit like that. "If you mob your truck and want retros, be prepared to take them apart once every couple months and repair the shitty plastic internal parts" so damn annoying!!

Yea that's the last time I trust the retrofit source with "better" plastic screws! I'm going out next week on the hunt for a metal screw replacement and a shit load of jb weld I actually used a metal zip tie on the ball joint to keep it in place since that thing my was popping out too

 

I'm about over my retros at this point. Everything is secure but the shitty morimoto halos have LED's going out seemingly daily. Gonna pick up a set of stock housings from Rock Auto and go back stock... Didn't even last a year

 

Sorry to hear man, yea I got my new pair of 90mm halos warrantied. I had 2 dead halos as well. I was very close to going back to stock but it just wouldn't be Rinzler without em. My last pair of halos in the first retro were perfect with no problems, I thinks it's just hit or miss if you get good ones, which is why they have the warranty in the first place.

I have thought about their rgb remote halos since they seem to be built better but that'll be down the road
