Here's the last SOA trip I ran last weekend near Florence. Definitely had no idea how cool this area was, then I took 40 miles of dirt roads back to Oracle with some Monsoons near the end! My dad was scared and I made my little bro sick in the back seat hahaha!!

Brian at ADS was kind enough to lend me a showcase model 2.5 4 tube bypass, and unfinished 2.5 to use as mock ups until mine are finished

 

These pics were sent to me from Tommy as he was straightening out the frame and starting the frame boxing.



Seeing this made me realize again how bent my frame was....lol, much better now!



Then the boxing, dmz kit, and first cross member all tacked in!


Cliff @tubbsisland sent me this and I knew I had to drive up and see the progress for myself!

 

I drove up yesterday morning with the ADS mock ups, and ended up spending most the day in the shop with Tommy watching the magic happen!

Don't mind the rear square tube, it was only tacked in to aid the frame straightening




Forgot to grab a pic of the crossmembers before we set the bed on to check up travel with the bedsides but here's a shot from below cuz I know you like it! @STiLL WILL

Taking note of this pic, Tommy thought it'd be best to move the DMZ kit back an inch to fit the wheel well better and it would end up aiding my driveshaft (although it will still need to be shortened a hair)

Now it was pretty humid in the shop so Tommy decided to take a shower He's tacking the kit back in place after re-measuring and moving it back an inch. You can also see the other crossmembers in place

I think id be happy with a flat bed or a tube frame in back, looks mean!

 

If I didn't use my truck as a daily driver I would love to put a flat bed on it someday. Just need the truck bed for now.

Stefen love the truck! Im sure it was already stated earlier in your thread.. Just curious what wheel are you running for your spare tire?

Thanks, and I don't know if I ever put the details in the build. Not sure what wheel it is or who makes it, I needed a full size spare and I picked it up from Desert Rat here in Tucson. Just a real basic non expensive wheel

 

Any word on pricing for the bypasses? Interested in a set.....

 

How many tubes and what length? I'll have to ask Brian. I will say their stock replacement 10" triple bypasses that will bolt right in to the rear are sweet!! Those will run roughly 1200 for the pair if I remember right but don't quote me on it
