Oh man that's my biggest fear is having my lugs shear.. Glad the damage wasn't to bad and you got everything fixed quickly! And those ADS shocks  looks like the trip to Sedona was worth it for you too!

The name really fits though. It's probably the best name change of the year.

I was preping my truck for my brother to take to prom amd was in the process of removing the rear wheels when I had to go run some errands (not in my truck). When I got back it was sitting in the front yard on the rear drums. He said he was going to wash it at the car wash. I was upset at that so I can only imagine how it feels driving down the road.

Damn. Yea luckily I was leading the pack of cars when I saw the red light it was about a 1/4 mile away and then the process started. Was only going about 15 when it happened, thank God. I can't imagine even going 30 would have been chaos

Stefen, what type of ADS shocks were you running in the rear before you went long travel?

He wasn't running ADS in the rear a few weeks ago.

He has had a variety of shocks he has nuked over the years including my old PC ones.

Stefen has a skinny pedal Affliction

I'm not sure when he finally made the decision to go SUA in the rear. I do think the frame bending forced it though :anonymous:

It was always my intent to go SUA, just lacked the funds and didn't want to sacrifice food for a couple weeks haha. But yes my frame being bent definitely pushed me to finally do it. The most recent shocks and even the first set were Bilsteins (the last being the RCD extended 5100s). Both outlasted the shitty procomps haha, definitely appreciate Pat and Jon helping me get by with those profails, but Bilsteins are the way to go for basic quality shocks if you're on a budget.

Thanks Stefen, I have always admired your setup but I am retired now and I must watch my coins so I was wondering what rear ADS shocks would be a good replacement for Icon 2.0 Resis.
