Glad you and everyone else involved came out ok. Loved following your thread and Rinzler has been what I've been modeling my truck after.

I'm hurting dudes...reality is hitting hard right now. I'll be honest I've had a few, but man its hard to think I was 27days away from 5 years with my truck. Tmrw the adjustor comes to take a look but it's almost 100% certain Rinzler will be totalled. I dont think i have the means or money to attempt to buy it back and then repair it...

    :(

How does the insurance work for aftermarket stuff? Any chance you can swap anything out? These situations are my worst fear...

Aftermarket doesn't exist, they'll look at how many miles are on the truck, the year and what the truck would be worth. Tmrw I'll be taking a lot of the parts off and making it as stockas possible

Sorry to hear all this man. I know that truck meant a lot to you, but as others have said, it's something that can be replaced. The important this is that you, and everyone involved is okay.

Glad to hear you're going to be getting as much off of it as possible.
What @JerryTaco said, it's important that you and no one else was hurt. You can't be replaced. You'll be able to build awesome again!

Man this was one of my favorite builds. Glad everyone is okay though. Seems like everything that could go wrong went wrong.... Just one of those situations.

Do you have full coverage? Or liability. I was lucky enough to have full coverage when I totalled mine. They valued it surprisingly high, and after all was said and done it paid my truck off, as well as left me some extra.
    Best of luck to you.
Also, if you do have full coverage and want to buy it back. Be very clear that that's what you would like to do. I think having explained that to the adjuster is kinda what helped persuade him to lean towards totaling it.
Mine was $5000 to buy back from insurance. Yours very well might be less. Maybe they will work out a deal with you for it to be repaired, and you take on the labor of using the declared amount to modify instead of restore.
Something you will want to talk with the adjuster and your insurance agent about
Any ways good luck to you!

Little food for thought on what can be repaired at home...

Hey Stefen.......So to maybe help take your mind off of things..........shocks...........I need to start looking for some new rear shocks. So with the ADS ones, would I just need to get you the compressed and extended lengths that I need or am looking for?

Unless you are going DMZ SUA, the 16" triples that were on his truck are not going to work for you. If you want to keep them ADS they do make a bypass that fits in the OEM location. I believe they are 10s and @M C M can tell you about them.
