I appreciate all the prayers and support fellas. First and foremost I can't thank the TW family enough for all the help getting the situation under control. It took some time and I'm physically exhausted after all the chaos, but it is done.

Jamie @JTS2014TACO went above and beyond helping me through all this, letting me park Rinzler out front of the house, gave me a place to sleep, and then help me mentally recover, getting Rinzler back to stock and ready for the insurance to tow it away. I don't know if I'll ever be able to repay you buddy!

@Rashnu thanks for your help as well! Never met this guy before and he was offering to bring a stock intake over. Showed up and even replaced it with my afe intake while also helping me tear down the driver side suspension being the worst side from the impact.

Another thanks to @JeepAndrew to save the day, gave me the entire front end stock suspension he had laying in his garage!!

@T-rev also helped out with the last couple things including my headlights and electronics I needed to take out. He made the first offer on my SCS SR8s, but I couldn't sell something that was won on here. AZTW family played a big part in that contest so I figured the best thing to do was pass the wheels on to a fellow member who plans on sticking with a Tacoma. @SCSPerformance you gained another member of #TeamStealth and the wheels will continue to be shown off in AZ Pretty sure he'll be in a 2016 soon as well!

Thank you @tubbsisland for the quick info and solution to replace my expensive deaver springs with chevy 63s! (paid $160 for em) The absolute most dangerous install ive ever done, but it worked nonetheless Jamie and I were up till 2 am trying to fight it and figure a way to make it work.

Amazingly all my parts were sold/claimed within a couple hours. Huge thanks to Steven who is currently deployed for swooping in and buying every suspension component I had including the weathertechs, wet okoles, and intake. Only thing left to sell from my truck are the tires. (5) 35/12.50R17 Toyo R/Ts. 4 have half life (will get the measurement soon) and also certs through discount tire. The 5th is brand new with no miles but no cert since I just bought it. Brand new they can go for $330-360 each so I figure $175 each for the 4 and $300 for the 5th totaling $1000. (Not separating)

I literally don't have anything else I want to sell at the moment so please don't ask

 

So what the plans for the future? Or have you got that far? Staying with a tacoma?

Have to say this build was an insperation for me as well! You did a great job.

Hard to look at the last pics of Rinzler but it was a fun trip before the big crash. We camped out with some of Nikki's family for New Year's. Couldn't really get better than riding, shooting, and camping out to start the new year.

Driving it away before the radiator fan finally freed itself and caused a lot of horrible noise. Got it towed to camp where @Kyouto42 eventually arrived and winched the core support back out.

 

My new tow pig!......lol jkjk just the enterprise truck rental...definitely had enough room to load up half the mods into it tho. Only thing left on Rinzler here was the suspension, tires, headlights and intake



More front end damage


A long day and a half but all the parts were located, front and rear end were complete, and I had a set of 4 stock wheels and tires for $50


Chevy Silverado 63" leafs with shackles....it was dangerous and exhausting but we got em on...

Sorry to hear what happened about your truck man. These last few photos are really sad to see, and I am bummed out to see it end like this. I couldnt imagine how you feel after looking at it like this. I bet your next build will be just as good if not better.

 

Glad everything got sold buddy! Hope to see another build start sooner than later!

 

I'm pretty certain they have, I got $16,447 for my truck all stock. I was also given the time to remove all the parts and I have a rental vehicle long enough to find my next truck through the end of the month

Thanks man, I can say I will stick with Toyota, that's 100% guaranteed but what I'll end up getting is still a mystery

 

If it's a Tacoma again the first mod should be hood pins

Correction, any build should start with hood pins and ABS switch!

Man its tough for me to look at those pictures, cant imagine how you must feel. The pain will subside eventually - but the good memories you made will always last. Stay strong brother
