Alright I'll just use this post for my retrofit progress...
I went through TRS and got the FX-R Bi-Xenon Projector w/ 55W Morimoto Ballasts and 4300K D2S Bulbs...ill update this post with pics as the retrofit progresses.
    Tested horizontal alignment
    [IMG]
Time to start sealing it up
    [IMG]
Had to do the BHLM fo my stock headlights as well, the satin finsih looks much better than the flat black ebay headlights
    [IMG]
More sealing and mounting the ballasts
    [IMG]
Of course I would forget to paint the silver bracket that the shroud does not cover!!
But my solution was 3M window weld since it was black and also sticky
    [IMG]
    AND NOW THE FINAL PRODUCT!!
I will post more pics later of them on my truck but its about DAMN TIME!!

Not quite yet, i got the first headlight in the oven so i can start attaching the headlight back together. Im actually using the 3M window weld to cover up the silver bracket because the shroud doesnt cover enough haha...well see how that goes

Bitchen truck dude! I know you said the rear bumper has held up well to the plasti-dip but how did the rims hold up before you got the Cranks? Are they still in use on another truck?

dang im gone for a couple of days and this build blew up! sweet, haha id say i have around $3100 thrown into it...and some change, but like andrew was saying....i need a snorkel now!! lmao
and jeremy they held up okay but i didnt put as many coats as the bumper so they did begin to peel. I should have taken more time and put a few more coats but other than that they were just quick fixes since you can spray over peeling with more plastidip.
