    and there are 20 guys on the phones, so that goes quite fast :)

    Keep in mind we ship about 1,500 orders a day this time of year too.

    Understandable, i had my kit sitting in my garage for 2 years until yesterday and it was pretty upsetting to hook it up and have issues with a ballast sparking.

    According to the agent I have checking on it, it looks like you've replied a few times, and since we answer emails in the order they're received, you're putting yourself at the end of the line again. He'll get this processed ASAP for you now that I have eyes on it though!

    I can't say I've heard of sparking ballasts in a few years at least, so we'll definitely get that replaced!

    Let this be a lesson to everyone, please show me another lighting vendor that is quick to fix problems even after people make titles such as this. TRS even has a vendor page where this could have been addressed but instead everyone wants to make a dumping ground like it’s a widespread problem or spread false information.

    Quick to fix when their reputation is on the line. It should have never got to this point. To be fair though, I'm going through the same thing with another vendor with a hid ballast as well.

    I’ve been using TRS for 8+ years and nothing a call or email can’t fix. Expecting lighting fast responses after one of the largest retail days is a tad unrealistic. At the same time, they have their own vendor page on here where this would have been taken care of as well.

    Lightning fast? Try over a week. First time no response, second time basically a shoulder shrug, third time the guy goes dark until posts start getting made on the forum....

    I’m not arguing the system is odd where if you reply again it restarts your que, because I’ve done that myself.
