    Too many to list now.
Not recommended but not impossible. Very little over heats in AK, all the retros up here have 55w systems with no problems. Plus I've got fxr's.

Andrew, rough guess as to when the next batch will ship? I'm really considering doing a retro but need them to ship out soon so I can do the retro over spring break.

    X2!

I have spring break all of next week, hope the next round will ship by then. Otherwise I'll probably have to wait until to summer to do mine :/ Still worth the wait though! Can't beat the discount of the GB.

I'd say about 2 weeks out based on how the last ones filled up.

If it looks like it will work out I'll hop in here too. I am leaning towards the d2s kit over the mini h1 but i do have my stock housings I could cut up for the fxr's. Is the install really that hard? Does anyone have a link to a really good write up for a first gen?

I've just heard that it can burn the projector bowl. I would also like to know more about this since I was thinking about doing 55w in the d2s. I just put 35w in my sister's mazda 6 prjectors and wasn't impressed with the brightness.

How was the fxr retro? I have an extra set of lights I can cut but i'm leaning towards the d2s for the simplicity.

FXR's are kind of a pain, it takes a while to get everything dialed in and the chopping up of the reflector makes me cringe lol. I would do Mini H1's if I could do it again, just due to the fact they are almost plug and play with housings that use 9003 bulbs.

Gotcha. I think I will do the d2s's to stick with my h4 bulb and so I can just screw them in rather than chop stuff up. Thanks

so are you going to get a retrofit kit or are you just doing the drop in kit?

Couldn't you just loosen the nut, rotate the projector, then tighten back down?

On another note, didn't you say you did 55w? That output looks good!

How difficult were the halos to connect to the shrouds? Do you like them overall?
