    crap bolted and welded together....
    you can try to PM jeverich. I believe he went from west coast to east coast and back and slept in his RTT in parking lots along the way. I dont think he was bothered at all.

    Wal-mart used to allow you to stay in their parking lots. I think that was mostly if you were self contained-not sure if they consider a tent self contained or not.

    Back to the EA tents for a moment. I was checking out the racks they use to mount them and came one realization and that is the racks they suggest for their tents are more "complete" than either a bed rack or Yakima. And that definitely keeps the tent structure from 'racking' which would really help long term.

    Amazing what's out there.

    I bet they do. But that doesn't mean you couldn't replicate what they're doing though.
