    I stack my sleeping bags when it gets really cold out camping. The barrel bags slide nicely into the big 'ol square sleeping bags. If its that cold I am usually sleeping in my touque as well...love that shit!

    I can't give you much since I only had it up for a day just so I could open the tent and see how everything worked. It made some noise because I didnt have the bars level with eachother. My initial plan was to put the tent on the roof when I got where I was going and back under the Softopper for travel

    Just do it. Or get a piece of plywood the same dimensions as the tent folded up and set it on your roof to get an idea of how it'll look.

    Or...just get some Yakima q-towers and bars and mount it up there. I did but I'm a first gen DC.
