You can rotate the bars and cut them. There isnt any issue with that. The only thing is you wouldnt be able to rotate them long wise again and have the full length but it sounds like you wouldnt do that anyways seeing as it doesnt fit already

Ruggedized vs. original... I did a search and not much info. Any help. I know the ruggedized is thicker materials and for more extreme climates but does anyone have any specific examples of where they are glad they had a ruggedized over the original version of an RTT?

5$ for a tube of gorilla glue and some duct tape and clamps i had on hand and it's complete, opened it up last night(it rained all day) no moisture inside. Success

Thanks! I'm ready to pull the trigger and your input definitely helped. I think I'm along the lines of it's better to have it and not need it then need it and not have it.

Again, thanks for the input @DoorDing

From cold, wet and icy conditions to hot, dry and windy conditions. Kukenam Ruggedized is the right choice.

Thanks man, Adam will take care of you and answer all your questions. DoorDing is absolutely correct.... Consider the Autanna Ruggedized or Kukenam Ruggedized XL. They are the largest platform RTT, the extra space is worth it indeed.

I've had my Autana Ruggedized in 4 degree weather to 80 degree weather. Love it and wouldn't change a thing about the tent

So i used my new rtt this weekend for the first time. Worked fantastic! Only odd thing i ran into was that when i was putting it away and folded it down, i noticed a ton of moisture underneath the mattress on the floor of the tent. It was near the middle of the tent along the fold. Conditions the night before were dry, low humidity, and in the high 50's. I saw a moisture barrier mat online. Is this normal?

Condensation between the mattress and floor is very common and happens with all branded tents. It's the sole reason for Anti-condensation mats being offered. The problem is that you're getting cooler temps outside and beneath the floor and warmer temps from bodyheat inside the tent and above the mattress. Check around because there are a few different options but the Tepui anti-condensation mats are the best ones on the market.

Is there a bed rack (not custom made) that can fit an atv under it?

Not that I know of. I think that it would be an easy custom one though. I'm sure any fabricator on here would do it for little money added since it's not really much added work. Just added metal.
