Any plans for a heavy-duty version of the Mt. Bachelor tent (ala Kukenam Ruggedized)??

 

Very cool! Yeah I really would like to find an internship somewhere in the motorsports industry, but we shall see that will be my goal next summer because I will be working at Subzero/Wolf Appliance this summer. Not quite as fun as the stuff you guys get to work on, but it is experience

 

Just remember any experience is a good one. Wether good or bad it is a learning experience. Give us a shout next summer. You never know.

We have done skylights, different window configs, our annex rooms with the adjustment also working on a new extrusion to allow the annex and cover to work at same time so you don't have to pull one out to put the other on. A new handrail system for our ladders etc..
We also have our new Hardshell systems coming out soon that are made here in the states.

Oh, haha, did I say that out loud. I've got nothing but love and mad respect for the beast that is baby taco.

 

Baby taco is such a funny name. lol

 

Little single cab 4 banger, driving with all the big tacos up in the mountains of MT and WY. He was the little engine that could. Of course he needed a little provoking. But his mad wheeling prowess made up for that.

 

Gordigear, Tepui, Cascade Vehicle Tents, Howling Moon, TJM, ARB, Tents on A Rack, Eezi-Awn, etc. The list of suppliers is pretty long. Have a look for yourselves and decide whether or not you think they are similar in design and manufacture.

I did spend some time trying to understand the advantage/disadvantage of the two different ladders. The most significant difference being the telescoping ladder can easily jam with dust, dirt, mud, whatever. Whereas the older style may become covered in mud or dirt but is easily cleaned-meaning you're not screwed if it gets dirty.

 

Yes, Keep it simple. I like my plain ladder. It works awesomely.

 

My plain folding ladder works just as well.. I just have to spray wD-40 every now and again to keep it lubricated.

 

Never forget the lube, good man.
