Thanks man! We have been here for about 8 years now. We like it out here, not sure where you are coming from, but the weather is great right now. Just chilly (ok pseudo cold at night), but it's nice compared to most of the States. I will be gone from around the 8th - 15th or so on a road trip with some buddies from the Marines, but if you are around when I get back, then hit me up and we can grab a bite / drink somewhere local.

Coming from the STL area, just now getting cold. Im looking forward to the weather, best time of the year to visit. Ill actually be wheeling and camping majority of the time until my wife flys in the 19th then ill be over at my mothers house so that would work out pretty good. Im probably gonna take them all out to box canyon and let my sister drive since she just got her driving permit haha

Seems like using cam lock buckles instead of Velcro would be much more secure.

That's my plan once the Velcro on my ARB wears out.

This is my plan. I've got a million nrs cam straps just sitting around waiting to be repurposed for this. Velcro is bullshit.

    Stuff. Also things.
NRS cam straps are the shit.

I replaced my lame Velcro cinch straps with some that I had laying around and they're freaking bomber. I have plenty of slack with my cover because I use those straps.

Yes the Ruggedized tents have larger HD velco/straps. Also, Tepui is looking at solutions to replace the Velcro with alloy buckles. I don't have an ETA on those yet but it's in the works.

Looking at my truck today, realized the sides and back of the cover would be great for stickers. Anyone sticker up their RTT cover?

I'm working on my back window and then going to the underside of the open half of the tent by the ladder when I'm done with that

My RTT rack is mid height so my windows are mostly blocked. That isn't to say there aren't stickers there though!

I like it! Not as out there, but cool once the test is open.
