    I see how it is. I tell you weeks ago I have my tent on order, and I don't get on your precious list. :p

    That is the exact reason I am building an off-road trailer. That way I can arrive and set up camp, and LEAVE it set up while I wheel all weekend. If we decide that we won't camp at the same location I just take my trailer on the trails! She will be sitting on the same 33 inch tires my truck is on now!

    :crazy: If you're staying in the same spot I would agree that the RTT isn't the best option. But if you travel like I do and you camp in a different spot every night one way or another you have to pack up each day.

    Fuck no.. Never would i suggest that to anyone.. The OEM roof rack sits way too low to the roof itself and the way that the RTT mounts you'd have a real problem.. I used ratchet straps and strapped it to the OEM roof rack, I wouldn't suggest mounting on the OEM roof rack, aftermarket is your best bet.

    I've wheeled Moab with the RTT over the topper with zero issues.
    Don't sweat having the RTT over the bestop - Cams got his done that way too.
