What's the correct angle? Is it 60?

It's much better than most sleeping pads I've had in the past. I'm a side sleeper and still need a little more padding to not have slightly soar shoulders in the morning. I'm adding some additional pads under the mattress that should help. Otherwise, I'm adding a 1.5" memory foam topper to it

Closer to 90° is better. I forgot my drill and none of the holes I had in the ladder already lined up close enough.

Let me correct this. The red and white are apparently just tie downs. What's everyone's best method for pulling in the extra material when you fold the tent up? My cvt doesn't have the bungees that pull across inside.

My Mt Shasta summit doesnt either. CVT told me its because the material is heavier and was comprimising where the bungee connected on the inside of the tent. What I do solo is fold it real slow.... it lets the air out and I end up with much less "stuffing" to do on the sides. If I have 2 people, I have the 2nd person "stuff" while I am closing it slowly. Then we just have to "stuff" the one side.

Bennett707, absolutely. I spoke to Casey at FSR and he told me about the hybrid but it won't be available until the end of June and I need a tent right at the beginning of June! I would love the Adventure Series, it would have been my go to if it wasn't for the overlap of the length of the tent with the truck bed. John at PNW is the one that actually put me up on game with the tent.

Quick question guys....been thinking about getting a RTT for the taco but I'm doing the whole apartment living thing and don't have a garage or outdoor storage of any kind.

Can/should (two very different things I know...) you keep these things mounted to your truck year round if you don't have somewhere to put it in the off season? Or should I wait until I've got a place of my own to store it properly?

Lots of bolt on chrome stuff
Mine lives on the truck for 3 seasons a year. I know of a couple people that leave their RTT on year round without issue though. A little more wear/fade on the cover probably, but those are pretty durable.
