    Not enough...
Well, James Baroud Evasion looks pretty good and so far my favorite one. Big Foot Explorer seems pretty good too, but for $1500 less.

Finally got around to working on a new roofrack setup. This was my first big project like this so I was hesitant to take it on but I think they turned out pretty nice. Still not sure if I'm going to keep the tent over the cap or move it over the cab. Still considering running an internal frame to help support the fiberglass. If anyone has done this any ideas would be great!

    Looks bad ass dude.

I want to build my own bed rack to replace my CBI overland bars next year and hope it comes out looking this good. I wanted to do it from the start to get the tent a little higher but I just didn't have time or funds to get the tools and everything together to do it for this summer.

Looks good man. I'm curious about the internal frame as well. I don't think it's necessary with just the tent up there but I want to add some other stuff and feel like it would be needed.

This is my temporary setup. Scrap steel rack thrown together in an afternoon. Within the next 2 months it will move to its own trailer and I will put my cap back on.

So after struggling to get the damn RTT on and off the truck with and without the bedrack, I've pulled the trigger on a Harken Hoist. It's getting installed this Friday hopefully and it will be able to hoist the RTT and bed rack up to my 9' garage ceiling. It's manual but I'm sure I'll be able to engineer a powered method for lift eventually. My primary concern is it's ability to lift near 300 pounds without ripping the ceiling down first. lol

It will be 27" plus a little more down from the ceiling so I should still be able to walk under it without ducking. There is a total of 34" from the ceiling before it hits my head

Wish my garage had a 9' ceiling. No way i can even get in the garage with my RTT.

Finally joined the club! Thanks @Box Rocket for the help. Tent showed up super fast and we are really happy with it. Mounted on SOS bed bars. First trip coming this weekend!

I tried that, but there are more attachment points than bungees. And I thought that there was too much pressure on the attachment points. Maybe I am wrong.

You are not... CVT told me those points would fail on the summit series and thats why they dont include the bungees to pull the fabric in with those models.

I dont mind lifting and putting the fabric in. I have bungees, and those loops, but didnt want to compromise the tent, so I didnt put them in.

Hey guy's. I could use some advise from you experienced guys.

I'm getting ready to order the Tuff Stuff Ranger RTT in the next few days. I'm planning on get the tent, annex room and awning combo and I also want to add a light bar.

My truck has a LEER 100XR with nothing on top as of yet (not even rails). What Rack or Rail system would you recommend to make this all work together.

    Thanks
