Exactly...I considered going all EAF but that's too much fucking work. It's bad enough that I've got the fridge (major EAF) but it's too nice to have. I'll cook over a fire or on the tailgate with a camp stove...no slide out sinks and fully stocked kitchen for me.

    ...at least for now...

That's a great idea. Currently, the tailgate of the trailer is a "pull up and remove" style so I considered making that a table somehow. We'll see how it comes together after I work down the "fab list".

For a removable tailgate on a trailer, I had an idea of putting folding legs on it, locking them down when rolling, but then you can remove the tailgate, fold them out, and have a camp table.

I'd like a PA14 like you've got for the drive system but I'm on a holding pattern with my Feelfree Lure 11.5 to see how their new drive system stacks up when it FINALLY gets released this summer.

I'm tired of fishing and paddling at the same time...too much fucking work (especially down here in the salt with the tides).

Exactly what I was thinking about doing. The inside of the tailgate has space for the legs to fold up.

Yeah...did a kayak fishing thing here and watched these guys literally fish circles around me while peddling. They easily fished 5x more than I did in the same amount of time.

Thanks to spending lots of time reading this forum I'm now the owner of a gofsr extreme tent. I spent a lot of time researching tents from different companies and their costs and what I wanted. The one I ended up with seemed to give me the most of what I was looking for at the price I was willing to put out. Spent about a week emailing Casey at fsr working on pricing until we both got to a point we could say we were good with. Shipping went smoothly and quickly, especially w/ the FedEx freight facility only a 20 minute drive from my house.

There were a couple of quality control issues from the factory. The mattress cover has about a 2 inch slice in it. All three buckles on the weather cover are poorly molded. One is so bad that barely one side of it clicks in. Casey did say that I would receive a new cover for the matress and new buckles but I don't have them yet.

Had the tent on my truck for almost a month before my first real trip. I took the kids on a mountain biking trip to Raystown Lake in central PA. The first night was warm enough to take the fly off and open the skylight windows and fall asleep looking at the stars. On the second and third night my wife joined us. The tent performed flawlessly, and was comfortable to sleep in, even with my wife taking her half out of the middle like at home. I would highly recommend this tent for others.
