Maybe you guys can help. Im looking for a bolt on roof rack for my aluminum cap, to mount a RTT on. The RTT i will be getting weighs about 105 + me, about 230. No one else will be in the tent with me.

I want the rack to be able to support 400lbs. Im not scared of drilling into my cap. Ill probably be adding reinforcements later. I also want this to be low profile, and not breaking the bank. Maybe around $200.

When you put this back together did you use pop rivets or screws?

LOL, this makes much more sense!! And I have considered the same for our annex as well. I have one of those privacy shelters that were like 30 bucks from Amazon that work well for us for showers, full toilet use, and changing... not a bad setup and takes a fraction of the time to setup vs the annex

    Not enough...
Just got it installed. Need to get some more spacers under it. Right now its touching my front rack on one side, so i put a piece of foam pool noodle between the rack and the RTT.... or.... I am thinking I may ditch the PrInSu shell rack and just go with a regular Thule or Yakima, if their towers provide more clearance

CVT. Better be clean filtered air in the box, I don't want to open up a box of stale farts.
