    Told them about the damage and they sent a new one and said they'd pick up the damaged one. New one was never delievered and they didn't pickup the damaged one. Complained and they sent another new one that showed. A month later the other new one finally showed

    Yea you have to take apart the whole tent. best done with good help. me an @The Fluffer switched bashed tepui floors with CVTs floors it was a job but not impossible it took us like a hours or so for a full floor swap out.
