How do you like that king camp? Does it offer a good amount of cover?

It’s great. Packs small, easy to set up, affordable and larger than it appears when set up.

Do you just strap it to your tent and it holds tight to the truck?

I'll join in. I picked up a Smittybilt Overlander XL, built my rack and I am slowly getting it all together.
Slept in it the other night, 25° the first night and 27° the second night, brrrrrr.

I have a question for all those who have an annex, do you like them and would you buy one again?

I have an annex and I use it everytime we go camping. Can't imagine not having it. It's great for gear storage and privaticy when you get stuck in a crowded campground. Great when its raining and being able to stand up and get dress.

I like your truck. Conversely to the above comment, I have not used my annex a single time. For me on my quick getaways it's not really worth it to deal with the zipper and getting the annex dirty.

I've only used mine once. When it's on, it's nice to have that extra room. But if it's really windy, it flaps and makes noise.

You should feel lucky that you have such a small annex! Mine looks like the below. I think for short trips, it wouldn't be useful though

An annex is awesome if you’re staying in one location for more than 2 days. My wife and I go to music festivals. We love it. Although, most of the time when not at festivals, annex is not used. 7BE6A0C4-5C81-4D92-9CE1-8366F2B24F74.jpg

Ah nice, I just saw your truck in some pics on that thread earlier this morning and connected the dots. One question because it looks like you've opened it up- are you able to sit up fully in it?

Yes, I can. But I'm 5'6" so I easily fit in a lot of things. :)
