I remember thinking how cold it was, and now we've had this arctic takeover in the south and I feel like Black Mountain was almost warm.

on a side note, all of my height (not that there is much) is in my torso, too. I have short legs, and I was able to sit in the tent.

removed my RTT and my RCI rack as one unit today... alone. If anyone is wondering, it CAN be done, but it's sketchy. Combination of using ratchet straps attached to the garage door supports (BAD IDEA, don't do it... but it's all I had, haven't installed eye-hooks yet..) muscle, the tailgate as a lever and stupidity lol.

I've done it with my dad, but man was it difficult. On one hand its not light, but there's nothing easy about moving it off of the bed thanks to awkwardness and the size.

Added some harbor freight lights to my set up. The lights are oriented in a way that they are over the tailgate when opened. Also switched my Velcro straps to buckle straps to be more secure. The Velcro was worn out.

I've been runnin this same bag for years. Its amazing.

Solo it's cold at first but once you get nekkid it warms up quite nicely.

Now that ive got a GF who actually wants to go camping it stays really warm and comfy. We slept next to a stream in nearly 30 degree weather and we were good and toasty. (she just got an @ChandlerDOOM Hardshell rtt im :jellydance)
