Cool. Nice and easy to find replacements. The rainfly and window awnings on the ARB I have are secured for closure with little plastic hooks on elastic that clip into the eyelets for the springbars.

 

you must be a blast to be around.

 

thats a good way to attach it as well. If these rip off again (hopefully not) ill have to remember that.

My cvt the rain fly is held down with the firs one and all the doors/windows are the little t bars. You must have had quite a wind to rip those off.

 

The important thing to remember is that you all learned a new word today:

"Toggle" (AKA: plastic t-bar thingy)

It was the precursor to the modern button on clothing BTW.

 

i prefer plastic t bar thingy. But yes, now i have 50 when i just need 4

i called and talked to Tepui themselves when i ordered the rain fly, she informed me she did not have a source. But was able to help with the rest of what i needed.

 

Sigh going to have to pitch this tent sometime next week in NC as we are headed to Raleigh

 

Yeah those aren't something Tepui has as spare parts. Sorry.

 

A small twig, and some string will work; because Rocket Science is cool
