I think it's 6ft. I didn't measure. Any longer and it might be too much. It's sticks out plenty for my wife, daughter, And myself. I don't buy my stuff for other people to use. :D

We had monsoon rain but the RTT did great. We had. 30x 30 tarp we made a giant awning with trees and vehicles to party under. No pics my phone died by day 2.

It was a great view for sure! I had checked out a couple of other spots but they were really close to the creek which is a raging river right now thanks to the snow melt run off. I had about 6 vertical feet between me and the creek here so it was the best choice.
Did you get out this weekend?

True, true. I tried to pick an area that doesn't get a lot of traffic because its pretty far out of the way of anything...figured it wouldn't be busy up there!

Just have to find remote places for holiday weekends!

NM just saw this... It's taken me years to find spots that aren't busy over holidays.

Well my RTT from CVT arrived last week. All I have been able to do so far is unbox it and check it out. The roof rack being built by Jerry at BAMF is supposed to hopefully arrive by the 26th of June. That will be just in time for my week long trip to Texas to visit the kids and grand kids! I plan to break in the RTT on that trip!

Yup, lots more open space and not as many people does have its perks.

You're not looking hard enough

Oh I have more spots than anyone needs now. It just took me years. I have spots where I can spend weeks and never see a soul. And it's getting tough now that half of California is moving to CO.

Agreed! I live in Buena Vista and there were so many people camping around here last year, that we just stayed in town for the holiday weekend. That is one of the main reasons I ordered the RTT. Should make it easier to get further into the hills and avoid people!
