I never realized you got a new truck. Didn’t you have an early silver 2nd gen longbed?

SC now, but I stopped at flagpole for an overnight to break it up. I averaged about 20mph on the trails up and down, and loved it alot more than beating my self up at RC.

Definitely in for fishing, late September ? Somewhere Ragnar can get in on it.

The vinyl coating on the Yakima bars is as slick as owl shit. Put a wrap of this tape (Home Depot/Lowes) around the bar before you tighten the clamp and it will keep the tent from sliding along the bar.

Currently have the Teton sports mammoth bag in my tent. It closes but barely and puts a lot of stress on closing it. Looking for another double bag that packs down a little better. Any suggestions?

Rei has their 30 degree double on sale right now and thinking about trying it, but curious if you all have found anything better.

From a couple of weeks ago, I'm hoping to get out this coming weekend and do a little more camping, and maybe get a small load of wood.

    And I did this!

No more holes getting punched in the side of the trailer when jack-knifed.

Nice. If there was any question about whether or not roof top tents have become mainstream....
That Cruiser is owned by Evan, the founder of Tepui.
