Hahaha but shipping it to me would have cost a fortune.

Haha family comes at different points for everyone and some not at all. No shame in that, I just love having a wife and a couple kiddos running around

My daughter was potty trained at 2 so I’ve been good for a while and I’ve had to wipe my cat’s butt more times than I can count cuz he is a spazz in the little box lol. And my dog has rolled in crap quite a few times too haha

You can have the bottom half of the house: 2Br and a bathroom. If you're nice, I'd even let you keep your bike in the garage. :D

Rent's probably far cheaper than your current place too. Lots of IT stuff around here as of late.

So I bought my house, and qualified under "low income" 6 years ago. Once I was in, i can make whatever and not get kicked out. Ill let you know this.. my mortgage is under $900 but over $800. And my house is new. I waited 6 months for it to be built.

Oh and I charge my roommate my mortgage, as his rent. He is saving $, and I live for free.

Some stipulations are i can sell after 15 years for full market value, but have to give half back. If i sell tomorrow, a special adjuster has to value the house vs what i paid, and the difference between the sale price and the purchase price, i have to give half of that back.

That's actually a really sweet gig you have going. I'd be hard pressed to let that go.

My new place is entirely new on the inside, but was built in 75 and kinda looks it on the front. Who paints a house teal?

I think technically I need to have the house as my primary residence, but others have rented it out. Another stipulation is that I have to notarize a paper saying its my primary residence. I could just come back every year and do that, and just say i travel for work.. but the legality isn't in my favor. So for now, aiming on paying this house off.

I should be putting the rent I get towards the principal, but im dumb and keep buying toys since I have extra cash coming in. Damn Harley cost as much as my truck :bananadead:

This is why I haven't bought a KLR650 dual sport...

Ugh, truck is packed, fridge loaded up over lunch, bike in my office.

But KLR is like $6k. I stupidly bought a 2019 Harley Softail Slim for $22k. Had 4k in equity from my other bike. So I started this year owing $17k. Now its down to 14, but still. Next riding season, im selling this and getting something in the 8k range.

And keeping this RTT related, here is a motorcycle with RTT.

Well I want a BMW GS bike, but I don't want the extra 18Gs of debt with it. And I never knew they made bike RTTs!

That looks like a tip over waiting to happen. Bikes get blown over with just a bike cover on them.

Well, you wouldn't be waking up in a panic as your ears told you you were falling.

Ever fallen asleep up in a tree stand? That swaying motion freaks your system out sometimes.

Nope. Never slept in a tree stand. Just about everywhere else though. Including behind the wheel of a Chevy, on the freeway... I think I'd prefer falling over on the motorcycle to trying that again!

    Absolutely love mine.
Disclaimer: It is my first RTT so I don't have a lot to compare it to. There are a ton of good brands but my family loves ours, all four of us fit fine, quality craftmanship, and excellent customer service by the dealer.
