You talking about the rainfly rods? If you send then an email they will sell them to you piece-wise. Like $2.50 or $3 per rod + shipping iirc

Nothing other than old age. My tent is 3-4 years old from what I gathered from the dude I bought it off of. A few spots here and there that are thread-bare and are starting to rip a bit. The ol duct tape patch isnt a permanent fix so time for a new cover

Its too bad too cause the old Tepui logo way way cooler than the new one IMO

They honestly didn't give us any flack about it. The only time I have ever experienced that was at Glacier, where they said no tents, no tent trailers, etc. In Yellowstone they just strongly encouraged that we used the bear boxes for our food/trash.

Great! Thanks for the info. I’m looking to make my return to YS and GT, this time with my taco and RTT. Still in the early stages of planning. Such a beautiful place...

It helps stabilize the wheel- prevents wobble. I don't think I need it but it gives me peace of mind.

Apparently they only sell a set of 8. Not individual rain fly rods.

2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4X4 Off Road, Cement. Name is "Jenna"
Tinted Windows BFG KO2s (285/70R17) (graphite with matte black studs). New Tires! Only 5,000 miles on them. 17" Fuel Anza Wheels (Gun Metal and Black) Removed chrome badges and replaced with black matte badges EyeCatcher TACOMA accessory lettering on tailgate Snugtop Rebel shell with windoors and LED lighting package C4Fab full guard front bumper C4Fab low profile rear bumper 20" CaliRaised LED Light bar in bumper Baja Design Amber fog lights Front Runner Slimline II rack on shell Front Runner 1.4mm awning on passenger side Smittybilt onboard air compressor in cargo box in bed of truck (Expedition Accessories) Misc. storage dividers in glovebox and center console CaliRaised LED ditch lights CaliRaised LED 20W rear pod lights Molle system in bed of truck 2" lift with rebuilt leaf springs (added a leaf) and went with the Bilstein shocks
So I have a 2018 Tacoma with a Snugtop Rebel shell and a Front Runner Slimline II rack on top of the shell only area.

I'm interested in a RTT for on top of the shell and would like some opinions and recommendations I might want to consider.

I was going to keep things simple and easily compatible with my FR Slimline II rack and buy the Front Runner RTT, but not sure I want the clamshell type tent and although FR claims their RTT is the lowest in weight than any others on the market and easily compatible with their racks, not sure that's what I want.

Also, this RTT will not always be stored on the truck. It's not my daily driver, but I don't want the RTT's added weight when I go out for a day trip, so want something that's easily removable.

    Thoughts and thanks in advance.

    Jeff
