    You may can make some adjustments to the tent position. Mine is a obviously a different brand but barely clears on the one side, the other side I have “staked” to the roof rack.

    Was always a ground tent guy. Thought RTT’s are just dumb.

    Now I’m old and wanna get to bed quick, stay dry and relatively warm and leave quick. Especially when I’m on the road doing kayak bass fishing tournaments.

    So just picked up the Freespirit M49 Hardshell at the local FedEx Freight station. Clearance sale with free shipping ain’t bad. Thanks for the heads up David.

    I’ll mount on a rack above my “kayak” on my restored post war 1946 American Bantam T3-C trailer.

    Picked up a bed lighting kit & back up pods from Matt Gecko and very happy with it!
    I wired up the pods, reverse lights and the bed lighting for extra light during camping and when at the track!!!
