    Picked up a beautiful 1936 Conn 6M alto saxophone last week. Made in Elkhart Indiana then spent all its life in Utah — mostly in storage. It’ll sing wonderfully once I get it tuned up. These have the classic American big band sound.

    Just an hour ago I had a guy ask me how much I’d sell it to him for. He’s looking for a Tacoma and can tell I take care of it.
    Gave him the honest answer: “Even with $100k there’s nothing I’d be happier with.” So it’s still in my garage. And I’m still happy.
