The shop DROPPED my truck

Dealer techs have to complete the work order and individual job lines, find it hard to believe he “forgot” to rotate the tires when he physically has to complete that job line on the work order.

 

Whats sad is that man choose to lie about it not just once, but again when he tried to falsify the "evidence" in showing you. Too many people in this world think it alright to cheat and steal but that has consequences in the end.

 

But did he forget and when reminded say that he did do it? Out of fear? We don't know!

 

Legally the dealership or shop doing the work/repairs is liable for the work that they are agreeing to do. If someone is blatantly lying to their boss about doing work that did not get done that’s totally ridiculous and they should be fired.

That’s like saying my wife lied to me and slept with another guy but I’m going to keep her around and continue to pay for her stuff and for her to live in my house.

 

Fear or not, lying is grounds for termination in like 99% of jobs throughout America

 

Well I do appreciate you doing that. Saves me money and I enjoy your wife’s company

 

Again which is why I asked if someone lying about double bagging your groceries is passed your threshold of firing.

 

Because you should give everyone a base measure of respect. They have to earn the rest, sure. But they need to start somewhere.

That burden lies with the manager of that store, and if he/she has a criteria for lying, then yes. Simply tell them you made a mistake and didn’t double bag

 

to just add to the story, he was the same guy who said he was going to call the police on me for making a scene because they wiped clean my differential when I brought it in for the TSB......he came in the waiting room and took me out to look....sure enough, it was clean as a baby's butt......then I showed him the pictures i took 45 min before I came in.....so i was not happy with the whole stealership and told him they were lying......i was nice but firm.......i guess there were other issues owith him but i did not bring up the rear end because corprorate got involved and was taken care of....i was upset because i did think of his family......it was a downer for about a week......
