Fist of all calm is good.
Is this a family or corporate owned dealer?
I would speak to the dealership general manager or owner. Voice your concern about the possibility of unseen damage that could come to light in the future. Let them offer what they are willing to do.
I’m thinking along the lines of taking your truck in on trade and give you a new truck at a deep discount.
You may be surprised what they are willing to do.
Mistakes happen and all dealers are not as bad as you read about.

    Yeah I'd be extremely angry.

Toyota dealers are some of the worst out there, the "family owned" one that I used to use was full of dishonest shitbags who use being "family owned" as an excuse for fucking up and not accepting responsibility.

Id say your truck fell off sideways if your hoods dented those dents just dont line up with the rear falling. Id check the bed to cab gaps as well with your shell moving

Also I would not believe for a second that this damage is not being reported. I had a Tc I bought in 2012 was in an accident in 2010 that didnt get reported until 2016 so there is always a chance. that also extremely limited my market on resale people would not even come look at it once I told them.

Yeah, but it usually happens only at Jeep service centers.

From what I can see the hood and fenders hit the top cross bar of the lift when it fell backwards. If it went sideways there would be damage on the side of the truck.
In any case I would be worried about other damage.

    Yeah.
I'd definitely want an independent frame inspection on a good rack and ask to see the numbers, along with an alignment and the numbers from that. Even then, a repaired truck is not really the same as a new truck. It's not that old, although it does have high miles.

I personally would not want to keep it, but I have trust issues. I'd see what they could do on a trade-in. Below invoice on a new one and top dollar for the trade.

If that doesn't float, I'd want diminished value (regardless of whether it is reported to Carfax, that was a BS line), as well as another 50K miles on the warranty to cover any hidden things that may crop up.

Yes its a truck but it was never designed to be dropped from a lift.

Boost, armor, lights, big tires, no savings.
The dealer would be buying the truck, 100%. You bought a Toyota for the reliability, I would have constant anxiety. Stress fractures could totally fail in the middle of a turn on the interstate and you have a truck full of loved ones. Or you''ll be dropping it off regularly while they spend weeks on random gremlins.
Not worth the stress. Unless you were married, conceived your first born and were given the purple heart while playing Van Halen Eruption with one hand on the tailgate, I would let it go back to the dealer and get into something else.

Looks like after the fall, the legs on the lift kicked out. Worn out lift, s**t techs and lackadaisical safety procedures. New truck, they broke it, they buy it.
