Make sure you’re only wearing underwear, so that surveillance clearly shows you’re unarmed in case they shoot you for flinching (they’re on edge all the time because they didn’t realize the job they signed up for was inherently dangerous). Arm yourself with something non-lethal too. Like a Toyota branded coffee cup full of pee.

Holy fack man! Quite a story. I feel like people on here can sometimes complain about trivial shit and make ridiculous demands of Toyota, but I would actually lose my shit over something like this.

After I calmed down, I guess I would have to ask, how the F did this happen.. Like, physically.. was it was on a 2 post lift?? If so, how did the top side of the fenders get damaged as it fell? I would have expected great big gouges down the side of the fenders. Its almost like they dropped the lift onto the truck, idk

It's all good I cruse the 3rd Gen all the time some of these guy's have had some serious problems with there trucks. But this thread could have been avoided if the Dealer had taken better care of the OP's Truck.
