Looks great on there. I put a set of skinnys on the wife’s 4runner after I did the lift, We run them at 32 psi up front and 35 in the rear. I just went with the basic low-tech chalk method in the parking lot of our commissary.

If I didn't buy new wheels at the same time I would of went with these. 33s look great. But didn't want to drop $800 on tires and $800 on wheels. Got some 265/70/17 falken A/Ts for $500 out the door. Might regret it later and end up buying these though. ha

Mine run great no road noise as a matter of fact less noise than the nitto terra grappler G2s they replaced. No dirt review as of yet but anxious.

Super quiet compared to my old ko2s and no veering to any direction on mine.

    Those do look nice....

That veering/pulling is my biggest concern for the ST Maxx tires...some seem to have it and others are fine. I've pretty much decided that I don't want to take that risk or deal with those issues so they are off my list. Too bad because they are nice tires!

Well, here it is. First time running skinnies and I like them a lot more than I thought I would. Might move up to a 285/70r17 if I start to not like them. Ended up with just shy of 3” in front and 2.5” exactly in the rear.

Trust me when I say you won’t hurt my “feelings”, I need some opinions on the wheel/tire setup. I like that I don’t have to worry about rubbing and I have plenty of articulation but I’ve always ran big “have to trim plastic” tires in the past.

#PIZZACUTTERS just installed 235/85/16 Cooper ST Maxx’s. Also installed 2.25” Pro Comp front leveling kit with Low Range OffRoad 1” rear Blocks and Bilstein 5100’s (rear only). Very pleased with results.

I have been super pleased with my duratracs and can attest they clear mud and stuff better than the Maxx. Hard to tell the difference in the rocks though if there is a difference it's not really measurable. The Maxx is a pretty aggressive AT though compared to a KO2 or similar and I think are a great choice as well.

Why were you not pleased with the duratracs?

My complaints are mostly on road stuff. Ungodly noisy as they wore, sucked on wet roads, and a couple of mine had balance issues. Great off road and in the snow.

I haven't had any of those issues. Interesting though.
