Hows the Leer holding up with the added weight on top? I cannot find any information on the weight limitations. I love the setup you have, I as well have a limo with a leer.

After a year, 20k miles, and a decent amount of off-roading I'm happy to report no problems.

Don't do heavy four wheeling since I live in FL ATM. Looking at getting a canopy and the same weld on sliders you have with KO2s on stock rim. How is your gas mileage after the added weight with just the shell and sliders (minus tent), not gonna get 285s for just looks down here in FL. I spent a few years in Issaquah, miss it all the time. Grew up in Tulalip on the res.

The tent has been on so long that I don't remember what kind of MPG i was getting before lol.
With all my mods including tent I've lost about 4 mpg.
I plan on taking the tent off for the winter soon once i find a place to store it.
I'm hoping to gain 2-3 mpg back.
The sliders and canopy didn't really effect the MPG much. Maybe 1/2 mpg loss?
The 265/75/16 KO2's caused me loose about 1 mpg.
The tent on the other hand is a giant air brake on top of the truck and has created significant mpg loss, upwards of 3 mpg at highway speeds.

Thanks for the info, just saw X5 265/75/16 KO2's local for 800, good thing I have 17's or I'd get them to hold on to till I move back west. I'll just get a canopy and sliders for now then, appreciate it. Let us know how the sub install goes as well, I'm looking at a similiar setup after doing the tweeter upgrade (same box different sub).

Ok, I finally got around to checking a couple items off the wish list.
Today I installed my Southern Style Off-Road Slimline Bumper and X20 10k Winch.

The first cut was the hardest...

Allthough the saw cut through the bumper like a hot knife through butter.
My heart may have skipped a beat when I made the first “no going back” cut.

The PDF directions from SSO really need to be updated. Perhaps for their future costumers they can make a step by step install video. They should also provide a cutting template (perhaps a sticker?) because there blue painters tape directions in the pdf would have created unexceptable gaps.

All in the install took around 3.5hrs.

I’m really happy with how everything
turned out. Everything looks and feels
    really beefy/substantially made.

If you are in the market for a winch but
want to keep a low profile look to your
truck this might be the answer.

So finally got around to installing the ********* sub and amp this past weekend. Outside of the Kicker L7 sub this kit is some serious hot garbage. Will be pulling everything out and throwing it in the trash. Will pick up something different when I can... very disappointing.

Man that sucks that is the box I was thinking of going with and throwing in my own Sub/AMP (or even the Image Dynamics sub is decent)

The box is ok. I don’t like how you need to remove the panel from behind the seat and on the back of the seat for it to fit though.
The main complaint with the system is the amp.
If I was to do it again I would probably pick up the JL stealth box and different amp as an alternative or go with the OEM Audio system.
Tried to go cheap with the ********* system and what I got was cheaply made crap... for not a lot more money you can get way better quality.
The 8” kicker L7 solo baric sub that came with the kit is a great. It’s just all the other pieces leave much room for desire.
