    Oh, BTW, I went out ASAP I reloaded the Moog LBJ with grease! lol!

    I really want to head down South to explore the places you showed. I'm a ham, and was surprised you didn't find a repeater, though. Are they pretty spotty there. What are you running for gear? UHF/VHF? Any HF stuff? My grade on my exam gives me low power on 160 meters up to the satellite. Canadian ham regs a bit different.
