This is the first add on I did to my truck. Amp is under the driver seat. Only wires showing are the ones seen in the picture with the sub, because I didn’t take the storage cubby behind the rear seats out.

 

Hard to see the real color in this pic.....bummer.....Hopefully you get the idea.....

Thanks man! I DO like them.....Now, if I was travelling at night and had to read a real map.....I dunno......Everything else though is fine....You need to go through your wallet or check your phone...the light is fine.

 

Now I have seen quite a few Youtube vids on people installing SUPER bright, almost blinding white LED's and knew I DID NOT want that. The blinding interior lights can be annoying, I'd assume......

Hey if you're looking for a phone mount folks......I picked this one up on Etsy.com and go to BerryItDesigns store.....I like the fact you don't have to use adhesives on your dash! 16 bucks.....Probably more appropriate for "street" trucks.....commuters.....

I was looking all over my dash on where I'd want to put one of those adhesive magnets and just didn't see a spot I liked.....Saw this and made total sense......
Just got mine today and you get one magnet and three metal plates so I guess if you have more than one phone you're in luck! Also includes another circular adhesive patch.....I guess in case the original comes off......

 

It def wasn’t a waste of time! I tried a variety of the clip-to-vent and suction mounts. Either they don’t fit properly or aren’t sturdy enough.

 

Hey SR guys....Now I'm cool like the TRD folks! 8 bucks, ebay.....blue, silver, red, or black......Another poster here recommended using some super glue in addition to the adhesive on the label. I did this because I sure don't need my 8 dollar knock off losing it's sticker, dammit! I copied this off the description....If you cut and paste and go to ebay, hopefully it'll just come up......

I thought about the clip to vent option before I saw this, however, I'm always moving those things around and re adjusting them.....Plus, if you have your phone over the vent.....self defeating??

 

LED SIDE MARKER LIGHTS: Okay......Tried these on the front amber side marker lights.....(APOLOGIES FOR NO LINKS: When I copy/paste links always come up on my PRIME page....)

SYLVANIA 194A bulbs.....

They work, quality bulb....You can see it in the build quality. Diffuser makes these about as bright as stock. I would venture to say a fairly solid, long-lasting bulb.

However, I wanted brighter side marker lights to let people know I'm THERE.....you know??? So I installed these today......

I like them! Brighter than the Sylvanias.....Don't know how they'll perform regarding longevity......

 

Probably some of the best money I’ve spent on a simple mod. Also got the center console organizer. Why is that part not standard?! Dealers could make an easy $50.
