I'm using the stock fog lights . I got the bezel and lights from another TW member and harness, screws and stalk from oem parts source.

Fogs are KC Led and really light up the sides of the road. PITA to install/mount (wiring easy, its the empty spot on the SR that makes for lots of fun!)

 

They look good but I don’t know if I want to go thru all that trouble for fog lights lol

 

Kinda understand/agree, but where I spend much of the time, back roads of WV and mountains of North Carolina, fogs are really a must. I also wanted the SAE road legal units so no hassles with local inspection or getting flashed from LED "scatter". Others have done easier installs but usually with a Pro retrofit or others that have brackets for this model. But the lights were either didnt illuminate the road as much (pro) or were not focused enough.

 

Just stumbled upon this thread, thought I might join in with my fellow SR owners! I have a 2017 SR5 4x4 short bed. Here’s a few pics of the current setup. GFC coming soon

 

Do you have output pictures? I installed them but still need to wire them up.

 

Thought I might have one but didnt find anything. Cold and heavy rain tonight but all day tomorrow should be pretty clear so will try and remember to take a few in the evening.

 

Where’d you purchase the fender flares?

 

Thats vinyl wrap not an actual fender flare.

Did not black out grille, but chopped up original to keep the TSS but recessed it ...

 

Cool! That really looks good. Just wish I had the talent to do that.

 

EPA- NOT the best pics for reference but some idea of how they really increase side lighting of the road. Big diff.from a couple other stock vehicles as far as light output. I need to possibly adjust slightly down, though no one flashes me and they do not seem to scatter the light as many LED fogs.

Welcome, and forgot to mention i wired up indepently of truck and put switch in center panel. I really luke being able to use without headlights and in am or right before dark will have on with running light DRL strip i added to headlight.

 

Added the avid off-road brush guard . Didn't feel like cutting up my bumper and the bumpers you didn't have to cut looked kinda bulky. So went this route
