Tint looks good with any color. Hope I can get someone at the garage Wednesday to take a picture of my truck after I get my alloy wheels put on. Suppose to be sunny too!

 

New member here and a little late to the party. This is my 2018 4x4 utility I Baught new last year. It's a work in progress as I always seem to find something to change on it.

Nice looking truck. I bought black oem fender flares to match the beard

 

I keep going back and forth on the fender flares can't decide one way or the other.

 

Your photo made up my mind. I'm pulling those window frame stickers.

 

They only have white ones down south, silver or grey would have been nice.

 

Where are you going to get them from?

 

Haven't realy looked into it yet can't make up my mind if I want to put them on or not.

 

Got some black alloys mounted today I scored on Ebay. Sure thankful these wheels were not good enough for someone in kalifornia. Thank you. Glad to have them on my truck.

T.P. Sensors swapped over fine from the steel wheels to these alloys.

 

Nice, are those the weathertech mud flaps? Did you have to install the tpms upside down?

 

Yes they are the WeatherTech mudguards. Like them real well.

Buddy rotated the sensors 180 degrees and they work fine in the alloys.

Nice setup that is may favorite Tacoma stock rims I’m trying to find on locally on Craigslist seem like everyone here wants to keep theirs only OR and sports are being sold at super inflated prices better off buying from dealership new

Agree, I like these, the Pros and the Offroads in that order. Not really a fan of the Sports.

 

This is the day I picked it up. 2019 DCSB, Silver sky. So far only "mods" are matching front tint truxsport roll up cover, and intermittent wipers. Have seat covers on order, and intend to do a 1.75f 1r lift.

Yeah, I wish I knew as much about Tacomas as I should. This is my first one and I went to the salesman and said "I want a base model, double cab short bed, v6 4x4, and I have just under 32k to spend" I didn't do nearly enough research about the model differences, but overall I'm happy. Truck has TSS/PCA, keyless entry, etune, and backup camera. That's really all I need. A friend has a TRD OR, and while all the fancy switches and gizmos are neat, he paid nearly 6k more than me.

 

Yeah my 2018 Sr for 22,000$ also has TSS
