Here is an update on my SR.

Recently added a Pro Top Shell, TRD PRO 17" Wheels and General Grabber AT2's.

Future plans are to do Bilstein 6112's and 5160s, Rhino Pioneer Roof Rack, and some miscellaneous camping stuff.

The 4-cylinder still performs really well with the shell and the bigger wheels. The only time power is an issue is on hills, but that is expected.

The shell is also awesome. It has windoors with sliding windows, drop down front window, and rhino tracks.

    The mod bug is real.

265/70/17 on the trd pro wheels. Right now no lift. Looking to do 1.5-2" lift with bilstein 5160s and 6112

    Just put

6112 on 4/3 setting on my truck front
5100 standard with wheelers 5 leaf HD pack rear

I did not measure before but I did after. No taco lean, just over half in the tank. Is there anyone with stock measurements?

    Front ~22.75
    Rear ~24.5IMG_0932.jpg

If the OR wheels don't have TPMS how much is it to add them?

Depends, factory new may be the highest price...

I’d call Discount Tire and have them price a set of four that they sell and go from there. They have their own and can program the serial numbers into your TPMS Ecu and your G2G.

Sometimes folks sell the aluminum Toyota OEM sensors cheap too.

I've read you can flip the sensors around to get them to fit, but if you get a flat you'll break them, potentially

I’ve heard the same, also if the guy who removes your tires the next time isn’t careful he’ll snap em off.

Honestly if DT is doing my tires/wheels I’d just let them program a set from them that way if you have any issues they can take care of it, I mean they are going to rotate the tires for free anyways right?

Pretty sure they have a good warranty on the TPMS stuff too.

I wanted to go that size originally but I was set on the trd pro wheels. Both work great!

    Too few to list.
I can certainly confirm that steel tpms DOES fit alloys.

I believe they're referring to the steelies TPMS fitting OEM alloy rims. In which case I will confirm that they CAN fit, but you're very likely to damage them fitting the tire, getting a flat, or removing the tire in the future.

I'm pretty sure that it will be the same for aftermarket alloys as the TPMS was flipped 180 but they do fit. I was gonna tell them to leave them off and just fit regular valve stems but I was too lazy to do the TPMS off mod.

I don't think the suspension changes between AC and DC. Maybe between DCSB and DCLB but I doubt it. Should be the same across all cab sizes.
