Oh without a doubt. First thing I did was went for a rainy Friday night drive around town and when you get to about 2100 rpms it just kicks in. You can really get on it and pass vehicles up like chopped celery. And the whine...oh my, nothing like it.

Also staying below 2100 rpms and I can still get the same mpgs all while freely engaging in boost whenever I need to. I can easily cruise at 1800-2k rpms and the gas needle has barely budged since putting in $25 Friday night (I have constantly pounded the pedal for my enjoyment). Which reminds me that I have never seen past 3500 rpms until now.

    So what's next?

And what kind of exhaust do you have? I feel like doing the headers I would need to open up the exhaust too.

upgraded Torque Converter and an even smaller pulley.

I have a custom setup. URD Equal lengths, into a high clearance Y, into a 3" exhaust with a Borla and Magnaflow muffler dumped at the axle

Noice. You have the IPT valve body right? What size is your pulley?

Sounds complicated yet worth it. I could've sworn you had an aero turbine.

yessir. gonna go with an IPT Torque Converter too. I'm currently running the URD 2.8".. want to go smaller.

dude.. the exhaust was absolutely complicated. lol I went through so many revisions. I DID have an Aero.. two in fact. a 2525xl (2.5") and then a 3030xl (3")

    Congrats! You are post #200
    image.jpg

Eh got to pay to play. 2.30 a gallon at heb ain't bad I'll pay the extra cents. I'm honestly amazed at how little gas I've used up since Friday night even though I've driven my truck the hardest it's ever been.
