If you didn't already play this video, you should inform yourself a little more.
But if you think adding a gallon of methanol is a hassle and you don't run the truck hard then you should definitely just go with the 7th injection system.
I have run my truck hard from day one when it was new, the v6 can handle it!!
The head gasket issues are there and has nothing to do with the supercharger.
The methonal kit is for those that want that extra power and can be run with the 7th injection system. Or by it's self. It will help you get the extra power by having octane at 115, lowering the supercharger temps when spraying, which means more power, being able to get more advanced timing which means more power and denser air which means more power, more boost which means more power, more oxygen which means more power and will clean out your engine from carbon deposits. If I didn't want the extra power and a 2" pulley I would stay with the 2.1 pulley or the 2.2 pulley as they put less stress on the supercharger
The 7th injection kit is 1000 plus another 1000 to have it installed =2000.00
Methonal kit is 500 plus 300 to install = 800.00
If you can't installl these your self

The 7th injection comes in from the EGR port and is gasoline that sprays right on top of the rear rotor bearings which will degrade the bearing grease over time where as water does not degrade grease, just my thoughts.
They do make a double lipped rear rotor bearing seals to help deal with this issue,
Just means the bearing might not last as long before needing a rebuilt.

I watched that video, it's very informative. I think I sufficiently know the pros and cons of each system at this point and it's just going to boil down to how much money I want to throw at it and what type of performance I want. This is all provided that I still even want to boost it in a year or so.

@Cascadia Tents yall have some of these metal plates? Hate to admit I most likely over torqued 3 of them, moisture getting inside them didn't help either. Thanks.

For some reason my video's views have jumped exponentially. Don't think I have shared it here on my build page so here we go:
