Took the truck to the Southeast Adventure Vehicle Expo in Starke, FL. I met some great people, saw old friends and taught a medical class.

The obstacle course and trail ride was a blast. The water crossing was fun, I was first in on day 2. I did get stuck on a drainage pipe pretty good but man, the Jeep guys were sending it like crazy!

The Free Spirit 270 awning was amazing! One of those, "Can't believe I waited so long!" items.

We also needed a new vehicle so we picked up a 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Midnight Edition.

Still need to clean the truck. But I replaced my Rigid Radiance light with a Rough Country Black Series with amber drl. $75 on eBay. Output is great. No complaints on the Rigid but the RC just looks better.

Also picked up a new ride for my wife after a car accident took our Kia. 24 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Midnight Edition. Man is this thing nice!!
Beyond anything worldly, God is good. But we are definitely grateful for the extra room and updated features.

Three coats of Pinnacle Black Label for my two spare wheels. I should get the tires on tomorrow and I'll swap out the curb rash for a refresh.

The Kumho Road Venture AT52's are on!
It was a cold morning so they had to use a inner tube to stretch them a bit.
They went on easily and I'm at 37PSI, initially they had them at 40.

Beyond looks they drive fantastic! Input is more responsive and the ride is smooth and less "draggy".
The extra height is nice and man they look good.

Love the build. How's the Inca4x4 camper holding up? Any issues with the bolts loosening up? Leaks? Fabric wear? Anything you don't like about it in general?

Thank you! We are really happy with it. The camper hasn't loosened up since we adjusted the seal. Here's a little breakdown:

    Issues:
    1. The 3rd brake light went out. Inca sent me two upgraded ones for free including wiring loom.
    2. When first installed we used one type of bulb seal (Like a flattened-out letter "U") but the camper "wiggled" a bit. So I called Inca and they drove to my home and we pulled it, put new sealant down and locked it all up.
    3. The corner pieces were a weak point (They changed the design since then). So they cut me some brackets and sent me sealant to reinforce everything. I've had zero water intrusion.

    What would I change?
Well we changed out the tent design a bit, it has one of those arch pieces that pops out to make for more height inside. But I personally don't want that because it's just another thing to set up. I love unlatching two pieces and then having a tent ready.

The tent fabric is so nice. Super thick and waterproof. Great zippers. Would I do it again? All day. We LOVE this camper and the customer service cannot be beat. I gotta say again.....these guys came to my house to make sure I was happy. I didn't even ask, they offered. Locks are great, latches are great. Came with awning mounts and roof bars and the ladder. Price was great.

We got a couple more nights camping in this weekend. Middle Georgia was nice and chilly for us. The free spirit recreation 270 awning was a hit and the awning room was fantastic.

Set up was pretty quick but I should have adjusted it better. It has plenty of doors and rooms and being able to jump into the camper shell from the inside was great.

The Devos Light Ranger should be on everybody's list. It is so functional and easy to set up. Everyone was so happy to have an area light that really made getting around camp in the evening less difficult and less dangerous for the kids.

The motion sensor is a great add-on and it does work just as you would expect.

Got a ton of wiring housekeeping done.

    Cleaned up the rats nest
    Improved the ground for solar
    New Auxbeam stickers

New roof rack bar arrives today. It'll have the land amber backlighting as the front bumper bar.

Finally got the amber backlighting just how I want it! The roof rack and bumper accents really pop! Headed out to camp at the marsh tomorrow afternoon.
Somebody buy my Rigid Radiance lights. Ha

Nice 2nd Gen/build thread! Those tires look great, I was hoping to get the Falken AT3’s but looks like its the 4’s now and they’re heavier. Have you experienced any rain yet with them? They look like a great option for my 4cyl especially considering the weight I like the idea of the 255/75/17LT as well :turtleride:

They've been great in the rain. We had two big storms. So far I really like them but I think I took a mpg hit. I do really like the look and the little height increase.

Besides enjoying the truck and getting a couple more camping trips in, I put a fresh rattle can on the sliders.

Got a fresh coat of Wax on the truck this morning. I have a vinyl floor that is staring at me in the corner of my office. I might get motivated and rip out the carpet this weekend.
The other day I ran some solar testing and was pretty happy with the performance of the cigs panels.

Got the truck ready for the vinyl floor install. Man it'll be great to get rid of the 11 year old carpet.
