So I had my clutch changed out a couple months ago (with a marlin Crawler Clutch), and after a few weeks it started chirping when the clutch was released.

So I go back to the shop and tell them and of course they want me to pay labor because "it's from faulty clutch parts and not their work and I bought the clutch myself " so I eventually got Marlin Crawler to cover it, and got a new Clutch kit too. So the shop swapped it all out.

No chirping for a few weeks...and then it comes back:( so this time I tear it all apart and I was just going to swap out the TOB. But I got mad at some point and called up the shop.

he was very nice and paid to have it towed to him and he put it all back together free of charge, and he said "he buffed it all up in there and threw some water resistant grease on it this time and told me to call back if it comes back"

Well now after about a month and a half low and behold the noise is back. So I decided to check the pedal adjustment and pedal height was correct, pedal free play was correct but there was too much pushrod play. Would this cause this chirping??

I'm so tired of this clutch, I never thought it would be such an ordeal or I would have just went with an automatic. Don't get me wrong, I love shifting, I just hate dumping so much money into this clutch for the same thing over and over

I also hope someone has the answer, I'm tired of this happening over and over again:/ I can't afford to get the transmission pulled every 2 months, it just doesn't make sense. I'm currently trying to figure out how to adjust the pedal myself, but the diagrams are making me feel very dumb.
