Discuss your favorite or least favorite brand of tools, their quality, where you get your tools, where you keep your tools, etc...

I am trying to build up a tool collection. I've had some Craftsman tools that have held of great over the years. Lately I haven't had much of a budget for tools, so I've stocked up on some Pittsburg (Harbor Freight) tools. I find their basic tools are fine, but tools with moving parts don't seem to last long.

It seems Snap On and maybe Craftsman are on top when it comes to tools. How does everyone feel about other brands such as Husky, Duralast, Kobalt, etc..

    A few things
You can't go wrong with craftsman for hand tools. Power tools, I use dewalt both personally and professionally. Milwaukee also makes a good product. The tool brand I use the most is ridged, if I don't have one of their pipe wrenches in my hand it feels awkward.

I have a Makita cordless drill. It's probably a decade old, and it's batteries aren't fully charging anymore. I just bought a Black + Decker corded drill. Works well, but I don't like how they did the forward/reverse switch.
