    Im bringing mine. But you can too.

    Bring firewood is always helpful. Most places in Wy we will be at will have plenty of salvageable wood though.

    Nice! That is awesome!

    is a bummer you can't make it there..but, you'll still get to see Goose. And that is worth the trip.

    dude i have had one. Im the one that brought it when we did Morrison and cleared that tree. Not my dad, he just ran it. And i used it again to cut us firewood on some trip on the side of the trail...don't remember where..

    but yeah. I haven't packed it regularly though. And you brought it last time and Igor's bed, while we actually like how his bed packs better, doesn't totally have room for it. So haven't bothered bringing it with Igor. Plus, im a real lumberjack and just use my axe :p

    Frank though, we needed too lol the bed has way more room than the last 3 bigger trips i've been on. Took some thinking to do the tetris this time. Our problem was we had a lot of space but odd shaped items. We got it though. Packed pretty good actually.

    it'll be half gone by the following week.

    doesn't look like it'll be a lot of snow.

    So hoping goose will still be do able. We will get a good feeler of that the day before. Sunlight though might be short. The road up high is very narrow and no turn around spots really.
