I am running 275/70/17 bfg Ko2's on my toytec 2.0 and AAL and Remote reservoirs on the back. Everything went in fine. I went offroad this last weekend and the tires were rubbing while doing a few hill climbs and when the front was compressing while going around some corners on some technical stuff. Do I need to do a partial cab mount chop?

You will need to figure out exactly where you are rubbing those tires on. A body mount chop is a good idea in my opinion, it sound scary but its not bad at all. Once you narrow down where its rubbing you can do some trimming on that spot and try again.

Thanks man! 285 75 16. Spidertrax 1 1/4 wheel spacers. Puts the tire barely outside the wheel well.

Everyonce in a while, if I'm turning sharp uphill, I get a quick rub. Hardly noticible. I could probably crank up the coilover and have no issues. It's only on the left. Other than that, I have no issues. I don't wheel the truck. I hunt and fish, so the off road trails to my spots are the only time I'm off road. I would recommend a 275, because those have proven not to rub. That's what I was going to go with, but they were actually more expensive than the 285. If I wheeled the truck, I would probably have the cab chop done. It's really case-by-case with these trucks. Some don't rub at all and some do. Mine only started after a few weeks of settling. I really like the kit for the price. Huge improvement from stock IMO. I have upper control arms too.

Just picked it up. Love it!

    Boss 2.0 kit

The ride is much better than stock! Not firmer, but smoother if that makes sense. Definitely better though in my opinion.

Truck was half a quart low trans fluid.

Tsb on the trans was done and there is a noticeable/better feeling now.

I paid $1789 for the kit and install at Koch Toyota.

I have 265/70/17 BFG AT KO2's and TRD Pro wheels.

The front measurement from middle of the hub is 23 1/4" and the rear is 23 3/4".

If I had to change anything it would be going up to 275's. For now though I think it still looks good but 275's might be in order down the road when I run the tread off these.

I lost 1 mpg compared to what I normally get coming back from there. I'm won't lose sleep over it.

Boss kit with Light racing UCAs. Nitto Grapplers G2s, 285 70/17
Rides better and I took the air dam off but I think it still rubs when turning on a grade. I saw the vsc flash a couple times when turning.
I do have a slight vibration when taking off and a rhythmic vibration when cruising down the highway if that makes sense.
Just got it done last week. Got to get the vibration figured out. It is very slight but bothers me non the less. I love the look and feel. It feels more like a truck now.

Anyone get the 1.5" blocks instead of the aal with the boss 2.0?
Ive read a couple comments on here about how much lift people are getting and they range from 2" to 3"? Was there differences in installation? Added spacers?

AAL and blocks are different ways of lifting the rear, installation will be different
