Some Toyota dealerships do, with a machine. If doing that I suggest swapping stock bulbs in. I took mine in to be professionally aimed with an aiming machine and it was botched. I went and got my money back.

Yeah, when I had my crash the body shop at my local dealership did the old aim it at the garage door and guess technique.

I got my truck back with high beams hitting tops of trees and low beams blinding and pissing off everybody. I ending up messing with them myself but was never really happy with the beam pattern. I know there’s a way to aim them with measurements and whatnot, but I tried it and I’m no expert on doing that.

Plan to get some Morimoto LED projector headlights for my new f150 and was just curious on finding a place that can set them up properly.

For installing your Morimotos, just do one at a time. Install one, then level it with the cut off from your other OEM headlight. Then install the other and level it with the cut off from the Morimoto you have already adjusted. This is really easy and works well to get your lights setup very close to stock, no special skills needed. Just don't play with the horizontal adjuster. You can also place tape on the wall at the cut off for the OEM lights before removing them as a 2nd validator. Do this 20-25' from a wall, and since you are comparing to another installed light, the ground doesn't need to be perfectly flat.

I have no experience with CEC bulbs, so I cannot speak to their performance first hand. Although the specs on the Osram are higher at 2900/1700 lumens vs 2400/1500. However the importance in high power halogens is focus from precision coils, not just raw output, and Osram measures amount the best.

Do I really need to remove the battery from the truck or can I just disconnect it, to install the harness?
Also, do I need to drill the relays in, or can I just zip tye them somewhere?

Remove it? You don’t need to remove it, the only thing you need to disconnect is the nuts on the battery cables to connect the harness leads.

Relay hard mounting is optional, I just have mine tucked between the battery and fender.

I just wanted to say thank you to crashnburn. Not happy with the stock headlights in my Tacoma I was looking at light bars and LED's, HID's and reading this thread I decided high wattage H4 was the way to go. I fabricated my own harness with Bosch relay's, high wattage H4 connectors, weather pack fuse holder, H4 Hella 55/100100watt bulbs from Summit Racing. Works great and inexpensive. Thanks again.

BTW, the fuse holder on the right is for a audio amplifier in case anyone was wondering.

Nice, no need to buy a harness if you can build your own! What gauge wiring did you use? Those Hellas will give you much more high beam punch over stock, but they will lack the low beam performance of the Osram SuperBrights, depending on what you were looking to improve.

Crash, I used 12 gauge to the relay's #30 terminals and 14 gauge at each 87 terminals for each bulb. The relay's have two 87's terminals.
I went with the 55/100 wattage H4 so I wouldn't blind other drivers in low beam mode.

This is not a problem if the headlights are aimed correctly. I've run nothing but Osram Hyper 85/80w 2400 lumen or Osram Super Bright 100/90w 2900 lumen H4s, and have never been flashed by oncoming drivers.
