What Booster, MC and proportioning valve? I like that bracket you made for the proportioning valve - did you just bend and drill that out of some scrap?

Its all factory parts, I used a metric Wilwood proportioning valve and just made the bracket out of some sheet metal. I did an ABS delete on the truck when I did the motor swap. System works pretty well!

Ah, never seen a pre-01 MC from a truck w/ ABS. I imagine the bore is 1" like the rest of the non-ABS pre-01 trucks?

Wilwood made their metric proportioning valves for bubble flares - did you make bubble flares on the lines going to it or is there a model I'm not seeing for inverted flare lines?

I did use the bubble flare one and just made custom lines for it, I believe these are a 1" bore. I know the non-abs one are 1". I am planning on doind a rear disc conversion with Mustang calipers, may need to find a different master cylinder.

Looking to get rid of them ASAP, they are under sprung from factory and for the cost a true coilover is a much better investment.

Got some time at the shop to knock out a few projects. Short shift kit is in, probably my favorite mod to the truck so far! Box reinforcements are in, and ditch lights are mounted and wired up.

I like how you made that coastal rear bumper work with the fiber glass, speaking of which you planning on painting those fenders black?

The coastal was about the only option for a rear bumper that I could modify for the glass. The truck will likely get painted in the spring or summer, its about 4 different colors at the moment. Haha I think I am leaning towards a dark forest green for the color. Something like the Jungle Love from Monstaliner.

New year, new drawer system! Still waiting on hardware and carpet but for now its roughed together, fits well in the back of the the bed. Drawer slider are currently on backorder so likely will be another month till its finished up.

Been -30+ here for the last week weeks putting a halt on a lot of projects on the truck. Been working on a diesel heater kit for camping to help take the edge off. Looked at a bunch of stuff online and took inspiration from a few. Still waiting for a few pieces before its completely good to go but I had it heating the 3 car garage last night for a few hours and it worked great. Waiting on some ducting and soffits and quick connects for the electrical. Shouldn't have an issue heating a tent or canopy. Wrapped the exhaust and added heat shield to a bunch of the components but honestly that was likely overkill. Should be into this thing for less than $250 cad all said and done.

Truck was in the shop today to take care of a seized control arm, replaced both lower arms and ball joints, new SPC cams and Energy bump stops. Trucks driving good again! Prinsu racks should be here soon!

Had a +15 day today so it was good to knock out a few more things! My passenger leaf had seem some better days :(
    [IMG]
Out with the old, in with the new!
Swapped the extra leafs over and pull the stock overload.

Back in the truck with fresh bushings :)

I haven't seen anyone do this mod before. The parking brake sucks in the truck. Extended the actuator arm to give me some more leverage. Makes a huge difference!
